To provide the quickest turn around time possible, RGB Digital has a cut-off time of 11am for all orders to start being processed that working day. Orders placed after 11am will commence processing within the following working day.
We courier all our send out orders using Australian Air Express, Please feel free to contact us for your consignment tracking number for you to trace at www.aae.com.au
All chemical process prints are complete for pick up or dispatch by 4pm provided they make that days 11am cut-off.
The following processes take up to 3 working days in lab:
Inkjet Prints, Hot and Cold Laminating, Foam Mounts, Screen Board and Capa Mounts.
The following processes take up to 5 working days in lab:
Art Mounts, Canvas, Presentation Boxes and Proof Books.
For turn around time on Banners and Stickers or any other service not mentioned above , please consult staff for more details.
There is an additional packing charge of $10 for flat packed products (Stretched Canvas, Foamcore, Mounting & Presentation products)
All photos sized up to 10x15" come flat packed as is. Any size larger will be sent in a postal tube. If you require any larger prints to be flat packed this will incur a flat pack fee and you must notify staff of this in the special instructions part of your order.
